The site is free to the public and we make every effort to try to provide a short case summary that gives you the case's "bottom line" for importance to FELA law. Sometimes, the case is not decided on substantive FELA law but is, instead, decided on procedural grounds. We do not place any importance on any particular case over another in our electronic filing method. The entire site is keyword searchable and the cases our categorized by state and federal circuit. If you find a case summary you like, you may download it into a pdf format. This venture is not fool proof by any stretch of the imagination and if you know of a case that is not included in our database and you would like it included, I would ask that you please email the citation to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
