I had an issue after working a few days in the heat we had here and at the end of my last workday I had something happen that I think caused my problem, But I took my 2 rest days and after I seen I wasn't able to perform My duties even after that I went to my doc and then went and tried to fill out an injury report and the company wouldn't let me, I had to write a statement instead, Is this way wrong on their part?
